FAdC® Foundation Course
Description: Learn about Principle of Axle Counting, Architectures, gain in-depth knowledge of both Outdoor & Indoor equipment’s, explore, and gain an overview of the entire lifecycle of Frauscher Advanced Counter covering Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Maintenance procedures & Diagnostic techniques.
Target Audience: The main target audience for this course is all types of Railway signaling engineers & Integrators.
Pre-requisite: None.
Course Objectives: By the end of this course, you'll be able to -
1. Understand the principle of train detection and axle counting.
2. Explain the functions of outdoor and indoor components of Frauscher Advanced Counter.
3. Describe the processes involved in installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and diagnostics of the Frauscher Advanced Counter.
4. Understand to operate the FAdC® system and apply basic diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and address the typical faults.
5. Explain the different functionalities and architectures of the FAdC system.
